Terms and Conditions for Wakajugbe Nigeria Ltd. Drivers
1. Eligibility
- Drivers must possess a valid driver's license and meet all legal requirements to
operate a vehicle for Wakajugbe Nigeria Ltd. services in Nigeria.
2. Vehicle Requirements
- Vehicles must meet the specified standards set by regulatory authorities for e-hailing services.
- Regular maintenance checks are the responsibility of the driver.
3. Registration
- Drivers must undergo a thorough registration process, providing accurate and up-to-date
information including the National Identification Number (NIN).
- Submission of required documentation, including vehicle registration and insurance details,
is mandatory.
4. Background Checks
- Drivers must consent to and pass comprehensive background checks, including criminal
and driving history.
5. Insurance
- Drivers are required to maintain valid and adequate insurance coverage for their vehicles.
6. Fair Pricing
- Drivers agree to adhere to the pricing structure set by the Wakajugbe Nigeria Ltd. platform.
- Surge pricing may apply during peak hours, and drivers will be duly compensated.
7. Payment and Commission
- The Wakajugbe Nigeria Ltd. platform will deduct a monthly flat rate, as agreed
upon in the driver-partner agreement.
- Payments will be made to drivers on a regular and agreed-upon schedule.
8. Customer Service
- Drivers are expected to provide professional and courteous service to passengers.
- Complaints or disputes should be reported promptly to the Wakajugbe Nigeria Ltd. platform.
9. Non-Discrimination
- Drivers must not discriminate against passengers based on race, gender, religion, or
any other protected characteristic.
10. Safety and Security
- Drivers are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for passengers.
- Any suspicious activity or safety concerns should be reported immediately.
11. Termination
- The Wakajugbe Nigeria Ltd. platform reserves the right to terminate the partnership with a driver for violations of terms and conditions or any breach of local laws.
12. Data Privacy
- Drivers must adhere to data privacy regulations and not misuse any personal information
obtained during the course of providing services.
13. Updates and Notifications
- Drivers are responsible for staying informed about any updates,
policy changes, or notifications sent by the Wakajugbe Nigeria Ltd. platform.
14. Force Majeure
- Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances
beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government
regulations.
15. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the Constitution of the
Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended) and Laws of Nigeria enacted by the National
Assembly. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
By continuing to provide services on the Wakajugbe Nigeria Ltd. platform, drivers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
